Tip Tuesday: Shutter Count Count Down

Here’s something you might not think about…. You’re firing away in continuous mode on your camera. Frame after frame after frame, click click click! But you’re not the only one working hard! The shutter in your camera does have a life and it will eventually break! Average shutter life (measured as “actuations”) ranges anywhere from about 75,000-300,000 depending on the camera model and how nice you are to it! Here’s a great FREE way of checking how many times you’ve fired that shutter! This comes in handy especially if you are buying a used camera and want to know just how “used” it actually is!
